The profound change and remarkable achievement have taken place in China,after its reform and opening up to the world,however,the contradiction,conflict and crisis in its economic development follows to come,that means a kind of paradox happens.How to solve such a problem in order to ensure a healthy,harmonious, and sustained development of China's national economy,which is to a certain extent up to a rational reflection and effective countermeasures to the paradox in China's economic development.
