摘要
针对航天器研制企业的科研生产的管理模式,深入分析了现阶段航天器制造企业科研生产过程中管理研制的难点,并结合信息化发展的要求和趋势提出了解决这些问题的总体思路和相应的措施。对及时推广和应用先进的信息化技术和手段,推动航天器制造企业的高速发展具有重要的现实意义。
The difficulties and problems existing in the spacecraft manufacturing corporation were analyzed thoroughly in this thesis based on the scientific research and production management modes.The methods and steps of solving these problems were put forward combining with information technology development requirements and trends,which are significant for the development of spacecraft manufacturing corporation.
