摘要
为了实现卫星装配定位平台水平调节的高效自动化,对平台自动调平的算法和实现过程进行了研究,提出了一种中心点不动的调平算法和一种解决"虚腿"问题的方法,制定了基于"PC+运动控制卡"的控制方案,应用本方案设计的智能调平平台达到了较高的调节精度。
In order to achieve efficient automation of a satellite assembly positioning platform,the algorithm of the automatic level platform and the realization of the process were studied.A kind of center point fixed Leveling Algorithm and a solution of 'virtual leg' problem were developed based on the 'PC + motion control card' control scheme application of the scheme design.Intelligent leveling platform achieves high regulation precision.
