摘要 提供了一种针对厚织物的液相浸渍工艺方法,解决了大厚度、大尺寸复合陶瓷天线罩材料致密性(密度大于1.75g/cm3)和均匀性的问题,同时可使纤维强度有较高的保持率,复合材料有较高的强度和断裂韧性。 This article provides a method of liquid impregnation for thick fabric.It solved the problem of compactness(density greater than 1.75g/cm3) and uniformity of the large thickness,large size of radome material made by composite ceramic.It also made the strength of fabrics keep in hign retention rates,and composite materials have high strength and fracture toughness.
