法治化进程中法律信仰的缺失与培育

The Law Faith's Lack & loss and Its Cultivation in Course of Ruling by Law

法律信仰是推进中国法治建设的强大的内驱力,但目前法律信仰的缺失已严重阻碍了中国的法治化进程。而法律信仰缺失的主要原因则是国家权力的无限膨胀。因此,欲培育国人的法律信仰,就必须控制国家权力,构建市民社会,实现司法独立,使国家权力处于分立、分散的状态,从而为法律信仰的培育提供社会土壤。

The law faith is the powerful internal motivity in pushing China's legal construction, but the lack & loss of law faith has been badly blocking the course of ruling China by law. The major reason of law faith's lack & loss is due to the boundless expansion of nation's power, therefore, we must control the nation's power in order to cultivate the law faith, to build citizen society, to realize the independence of justice, to keep the nation's power in the state of schism and scatter, thereby to provide the social environment for cultivating the law faith.
