摘要
以牛头式电火花加工机床为研究对象,应用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析。结果表明:滑枕、Z轴和Z轴底座是牛头式电火花加工机床发生变形的主要部件。随着Z轴的向上运动,变形量呈增加的趋势。Z轴施加配重,不仅有利于减小电机的负荷,提高机床的承载能力和运动灵敏度,而且有利于减小机床的变形。
The 3D model of Ngau-Tau-type EDM machine was established by SolidWorks software. Then finite element analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that ram, Z-axis, and Z-axis base are the major parts of the distortion. The deformation is increased with the upward movement of Z-axis. The counterweight to Z-axis is not only beneficial to reduce motor load, improve the bearing capacity and motion sensitivity of the machine tool, but also good for reducing the deformation.
