焊接方法对5A06铝合金厚板焊缝接头性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 分别采用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)和熔化极氩弧焊(MIG)对20mm厚的5A06铝合金进行了焊接试验,对两种焊接方式的焊缝接头进行了机械性能测试、显微组织的观察以及表面残余应力的检测。结果表明,搅拌摩擦焊缝接头的抗拉强度比熔化极氩弧焊缝接头的高,搅拌摩擦焊缝接头往往断裂于前进侧的熔合过渡区,熔化极氩弧焊缝接头断裂于热影响区;相比熔化极氩弧焊,搅拌摩擦焊接头晶粒明显细化,焊缝中Mg、Mn等合金元素烧损明显减少,焊缝表面的残余应力水平也较低。 The experiments of 20mm thick 5A06 aluminum alloy welding by FSW and MIG are conducted.The mechanical properties of two kinds of joints and weld sruface residual stress are tested,and the microstructure of the weld is also observed.The results show that the tensile strength of FSW joint is higher than that of MIG joint,and the fracture of FSW joint occurs along the fusing transition zone at the advancing side of the weld,however,the joint of MIG breaks at the heat affected zone in the weld;compared to the MIG joint,the grain of FSW joint is relatively small,and the degree of burning loss for alloy elements such as Mg and Mn and the level of the surface residual stress in the weld is low.
