摘要
针对产品进行加载试验的结构特点,结合以前类似产品在加载试验过程中出现的问题和缺陷,认真分析研究其加载特性和试验要求,大胆巧妙地将拉力杆运用于加载试验,设计专用的加载工艺装备,并对其结构进行三维造型及强度和刚度有限元分析计算,最终满足了加载试验技术要求,并且简单、方便、准确。
Aiming at the characteristics in the loading test,combined with the problems and defects that appear in the loading test process of previous similar products,the loading characteristics and test requirements are researched carefully.The idea that applying the pull rod to tensile load testing have been advanced boldly and skillfully,and a suit of appropriative process equipment is designed.Then the structural of equipment is analysed by three-dimensional simulation,and the strength and stiffness of equipment is worked out by the means of finite element analysis method.The results demonstrate that the equipment ultimately satisfies the product loading requirements,and the experimentation is simple,convenient and accurate.
