摘要
针对如何提高焊缝返修合格率进行了初步研究,提出了在焊缝返修过程中,通过焊缝缺陷信息的准确传递、缺陷的准确定位、缺陷的完全清除、返修过程控制等工艺及操作上的一些具体措施来提高焊缝返修的合格率。
The paper researches how to increase the qualified rate of repaired weld and presents a number of technological and operational measures in the repairing weld process,for example the exact transfer of weld defects information,the exact location of defacts,the complete removal of defects and the control of repairing process.
