通过对基于UG的数控加工快速编程技术和基于VERICUT的仿真验证和切削优化技术的研究,掌握了编程模板文件创建、仿真虚拟机床构建等关键技术,实现了结构件的高效率、高质量、低成本加工。
Based on the research of UG numerical control machining fast programming techniques and VERICUT simulation confirmation and cutting optimization techniques,some key technologies including programming template construction and simulation hypothesized machine construction are grasped.Finally,structural parts manufacture are realized with high efficiency,high performance,and low cost.
