固体火箭发动机用卡环装配工艺研究

Study on Clasp Assembly Technology of Solid Rocket Motor

简要介绍了固体火箭发动机用卡环的结构形式、连接结构及密封结构形式。针对生产中卡环不易装配的问题,提出了竖直装配卡环的工艺方法,详细介绍了所用工装的结构设计方案及装配工艺过程。实践表明,这一工艺方法既节省工时,又能保证卡环的装配质量。

Clasp structure and joint and sealant forms of solid rocket motor are briefly introduced.Technological method of clasp erect assembly is presented to solve the clasp assembly difficulty,which structure design scheme of the used equipment and assembly technology processing is introduced in details.Tests show that the clasp assembly processing method is of both saving time and ensuring high assembly quality.
