摘要
对于复杂阀体密封阀口的表面加工质量,常规的检测方法,难以发现阀口加工的缺陷。本文提出了借助高倍体视显微镜(45倍)观察阀口形貌的检测方法,通过显微图像观察阀口的微观形貌和发现局部微小缺陷,可以对阀口表面质量作出准确的判断。经实践检验和检漏试验验证,该方法对于控制密封阀口的表面加工质量,起到了良好的效果,进而确保产品的密封质量和可靠性。
It is too difficult to discover the machining objection by utilizing routine checking method due to the surface machining quality of complexity of valve body.By dint of high power(45 times) microscope,the valve orifice shape was observed in the paper.By observing the microscope orifice and local microscope objection,the valve orifice surface quality can be judged exactly.It got favorable effect for estimating the valve orifice machining objection and consequently for controlling the quality of the sealing valve orifice and insure the sealing quality and reliability of the product.
