急进高海拔环境对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘要 目的探讨急进高海拔环境对大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法采用汽车运输方式将大鼠由低海拔地区(1500m)急进入高海拔地区(4767m),使用Morris水迷宫对大鼠行水迷宫测试,检测大鼠寻找并爬上平台的潜伏期、游泳路程、游泳轨迹及大鼠在120秒内穿越原有平台平面的次数。结果大鼠由低海拔地区急进入高海拔地区后寻找目标的潜伏期明显延长、游泳轨迹发生明显变化以及规定时间内穿越平台次数减少。结论大鼠由低海拔地区急进入高海拔地区其学习、记忆能力明显受到影响。 Objective To explore the effect of high-altitude conditions on the learning and memory of rat.Methods 30 Wistar rats were transported to kekexili plateau(4767m)by automobile from Lanzhou(1500m) quickly(48h).The behaviors of rats were studied in Morris water maze,recording the escape latency,exploration distance,swimming path to finding the hidden platform and the time across the plot in 120s.Results The escape latency at Lanzhou,Kekexili first time and Kekexili second time were 45655±18475ms,54970±15494ms and 52070±17097ms respectively(P<0.05).The exploration distance at Lanzhou,Kekexili first time and Kekexili second time were 10.12±3.49m,10.77±3.66m and 11.66±3.70m respectively(P<0.05).The time across platform at Lanzhou,Kekexili first time and Kekexili second time were 4.80+1.77,2.67±1.18 and 2.73±1.26 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Quickly exposing to the hypobaric hypoxic conditions in high altitude may significantly influence the learning and memory of rat.
