芦苇对重金属Pb和Mn吸收和富集的研究 被引量:8

摘要 叙述了芦苇对重金属离子Pb2+,Mn2+的生物吸附特征以及其对水体中重金属离子的去除率受不同重金属初始浓度的影响和芦苇根、茎、叶对重金属离子的富集情况,指出,芦苇对Mn2+的吸附在35 min内达到平衡,对Pb2+的吸附在50 min内达到平衡,吸附动力学结果符合伪二级动力学方程,决定系数分别为0.984 6和0.971 3;Freundlich等温线可较好地拟合芦苇吸附Mn2+及Pb2+的过程,Mn2+及Pb2+的吸附量分别达到8.281 8 mg/g和6.025 3 mg/g。芦苇各器官对Mn2+富集强于对Pb2+的富集能力。不同器官对同种重金属离子的富集量差异显著,茎叶是富集Mn2+的主要器官,根是富集Pb2+的主要器官。 Biological adsorption characteristics of heavy metal ions Pb 2 + and Mn 2 + by emergent plant Phragmites australis at room temperature conditions,the variation of removal ratio of heavy metal ions with different initial concentrations in water and enrichment of heavy metal ions by different organs(roots,stems and leaves) in the process was studied.The results showed that the adsorption of Mn 2 + reached equilibrium within 35 min while the adsorption of Pb 2 + reached equilibrium within 50 min by P.australis.The adsorption kinetics results accorded with the pseudo second-order kinetic equation with determination coefficient 0.9846 and 0.9713 respectively.Freundlich sorption isotherm can be well fitted adsorption process of Pb 2 + and Mn 2 +,adsorption capacity of 8.2818 and 6.0253 mg? g-1,,respectively.Bioaccumulation capacity of two kinds of heavy metals varied with different organs, which was Mn 2 + > Pb 2 +.The same kind of heavy metal ion concentration significantly different in different organs,leaf and stem were the main organ of accumulation of Mn 2 +,while root was the main organization accumulation of Pb 2 +.
