摘要
叙述了为万家寨水库调节,开展利用并优化桃汛洪水过程冲刷降低潼关高程试验及控制三门峡水库非汛期最高水位不超过318 m运用等,改变三门峡水库桃汛期来水过程和水库运用的边界条件,提出,加强水情分析、提高预报精度、优化水库实时调度等措施,可实现桃汛洪水入库前不弃水,洪水过程中少弃水,最大限度地提高水能利用率。
This paper describes the Wanjiazhai reservoir regulation,the use of optimization peach flood test flood and erosion control to reduce the Sanmenxia Reservoir Tongguan non-flood water level does not exceed 318 m high and other methods to change the Sanmenxia Reservoir peach flood runoff process and the use of the reservoir boundary conditions,proposed to strengthen the hydrological analysis,improve forecast accuracy,optimize reservoir real-time scheduling and other measures,the flood storage can be achieved before the peaches are not abandoned flood water,flood water in a small abandoned to maximize water efficiency.
