摘要
本文采用醇-水混合溶剂,用Zn(AC)2与(NH4)2CO3在一定条件下反应,制得纳米ZnO的前驱体Zn2(CO3)5(OH)6。在450℃煅烧2 h,得到六方晶系、粒径20~30 nm球形纳米ZnO粉体。与传统的水溶液法相比,醇-水溶液法制得的粒径更细小、均匀、不团聚,煅烧温度更低。
ZnO powder was prepared by thermal decomposition of the precursor of Zn2(CO3)5(OH)6 obtained via Zn(AC)2.2H2O and (NH4)2CO3 reacting in alcohol–water mixed solvent.Hexagonal crystal size of 20~30nm sphere ZnO powder was obtained by burning 2 hours at the temperature of 450℃.The particle size obtained by alcohol–water mixed solvent method is smaller,even non-agglomerated,the burning temperature is lower compared with traditional water solvent method.
