摘要
文章使用灰色理论对我国船舶技术人才需求量进行预测。通过对船舶类人才数据累加后的光滑性检验和准指数规律检验发现满足GM(1,1)模型。运用该模型可以对船舶工程技术人才进行中长期预测。
The grey model theory is used to forecast marine engineering technology talents.By the smooth testing and inspection of the laws of the data adding of marine engineering technology talents,it is found the gray theory can satisfy GM(1,1) model.The model can be used to forecast the demand number of marine engineering technology talents in long-term.
