摘要
针对磨矿分级作业中分级粒度实时检测的难题,结合对实际生产过程的分析,利用人工神经网络搭建了软测量模型.同时利用现场数据进行检测,从结果来看,该方法具备一定的可行性与实用性.
Neural network based on soft sensor is developed to measure the particle size of grinding-classification process on line which is difficult to be measured.Results of precision verification with production data show that the method is feasible and practical.
