摘要
通过研究非金属掺杂对TiO2光催化活性的影响,采用硼掺杂TiO2的一步合成的新工艺,以廉价的硫酸钛和硼酸为前驱,120℃的条件下,在反应釜中反应6 h,通过一步水热法制备了具有高可见光催化活性的硼掺杂TiO2.通过降解甲基橙溶液,采用相同降解条件,对不同掺杂量的TiO2粉体催化活性进行了对比研究,得出最优的硼掺杂的配比量.
By studying the non-metal doping of TiO2 photocatalytic activity,the use of boron-doped TiO2-step synthesis of new green technology,taking low-cost titanium sulfate and boric acid as the precursor,120 ℃ under the conditions of the reaction in the reactor 6 hours hydrothermal by step,high visible light photocatalytic activity of boron-doped TiO2 is made.Through the degradation of methyl orange solution,using the same degradation conditions,the amount of TiO2 powder with different doping catalytic activity are compared,optimal ratio of the amount of boron doping is achieved.
