帕金森病基底神经节神经递质失衡的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种老年神经系统退变性疾病,主要病理改变是中脑黑质致密部多巴胺能神经元渐进性变性死亡,从而引起基底神经节的功能失调。近年的研究显示,多巴胺能神经元的丢失并不是帕金森病发病的唯一因素,基底神经节中其它神经递质,包括谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、乙酰胆碱等,在帕金森病的发病中也有重要的作用。在疾病发生发展过程中,神经递质的合成、分泌发生紊乱,基底神经节网络调控功能失调,导致了以运动系统症状为主的临床表现。本文就帕金森病状态下基底神经节中主要神经递质失衡的研究进展作一综述。
