形体与美自古以来就有着密切的联系.在形体美中,包含着大量与美有关的问题.在现实社会里,凡是美的事物都是由人们的感官而感知的.人在构建和发展身体的过程中,对形体美的感知形象引起对美的渴望与追求,完成对人格的塑造、培养以及审美能力的提高,从中更深刻地领悟到自然的美、和谐的美,达到天人合一的境界.

There is a close relationship between body shape and esthetic from the earliest times and there are a lot of esthetic topics concerned with figure beauty.All the beauties are apperceived by human's sensory perceptions in real society.People are eager to get a perfect body shape during the body development process meanwhile the personality and the aesthetic faculties are formed.The understanding of the natural beauty,healthy beauty and harmonious beauty were described in this paper.
