1978～2008年天水市产业结构演进的偏离份额分析

Shift- Share Analysis of Industrial Structure Evolution of Tianshui City from 1978 to 2008

运用偏离—份额分析法(SSM)计算了天水市1978～1988年、1989～1998年、1999～2008年3个阶段的产业结构演进的数量特征,对产业结构演进特征、结构现状和竞争能力进行了定量分析,认为天水市未来产业调整的方向应该确定为优化第一产业结构,增强第二产业竞争力,大力发展第三产业.

The quantitative properties of industrial structure evolution of Tianshui City in three phases which were respectively from 1978 to 1988,from 1989 to 1998 and from 1999 to 2008 were calculated by the shift-share method, the features of industrial structure evolution,structure status and competitive capacity were analyzed to the greatest extent.The results showed that the industrial regulatory directions of Tianshui City in future were optimization the primary industry structure,strengthening competitive capacity of the secondary industry and rapid development the tertiary industry.
