微量Zr对Al-12Mg合金组织及力学性能的影响

摘要 采用Al-Zr中间合金熔融对Al-12Mg合金组织及力学性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,Zr的加入量为0.2%时效果最优,晶粒分布均匀,铸态组织中的部分树枝晶变为细小的等轴晶,尺寸约40μm;合金的力学性能也有了不同程度的提高,其中抗拉强度提高了19%,延伸率提高了46%。 The addition of trace mirco alloying element to aluminum alloys is one of those effective means to improve the synthesis properties of the aluminum alloys.Effect of minor addition of Zirconium on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-12Mg alloy were investigated.The results show that the optimal effect is obtained with 0.2wt% Zr addition in the alloy.The grain distributes uniformly.Part of dendrite of the cast structure becomes fine isometric crystal.The size is about 40μm.The tensile strength and percentage elongation increase by 19% and 46% respectively.
