Some Ideas of Improving the CCP's Scientific Social Management in the New Era

为了推进党和国家的事业,维护最广大人民的根本利益,提高党的执政能力和巩固党的执政地位,必须提高社会管理的科学化水平。不仅要坚持以人为本、执政为民的原则,还要坚持科学性、系统性和可操作性的原则。在具体的路径选择上,主要应该进一步加强和完善包括社会管理格局、党和政府主导的维护群众权益机制、流动人口和特殊人群管理和服务、基层社会管理和服务体系、公共安全体系、非公有制经济组织和社会组织管理、信息网络管理、思想道德建设八个方面。

In order to promote the undertakings of the party and country,maintenancing people's most fundamental interests and enhancing the party's ruling ability,it is inevitable to improve the people-centered social management with scientific,systematic and manageable principles.In practice,eight aspects should be taken into consideration,namely,the mechanism protecting people's legitimate rights and interests,management and service for floating population and special crowd,community management and service system,public security system,non-public economic organizations and social organization management,information network management,ideological and moral construction.
