To strengthen the financial management of the scientific research project funds is the guarantee not only for normal study,but also for the efficiency of project implementation of positive practical significance.Based on the analysis of financial management of the actual situation of China's university scientific research project funds,this paper summaries some problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to deal with them.
