摘要
目的对临床病例行回顾性分析,了解血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)的临床特征及治疗方法,以加深对本病的认识,提高对TTP的诊疗水平。方法对我院2003年5月～2010年9月诊断的8例TTP的临床表现、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析。结果 8例TTP患者中,1例为男性,7例为女性,其中1例为妊娠期者。7例临床症状缓解,外周血破碎红细胞消失,血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血肌酐(Scr)、网织红细胞(Ret)先后恢复正常;1例因患者家属延误了血浆置换治疗时间而死亡。结论尽早行血浆置换为主的治疗并随后联合糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂是对TTP的有效治疗方法。
Objective On a retrospective analysis of clinical cases,understanding of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP) of the clinical features and treatment,to deepen understanding of the disease,improve diagnosis and treatment of TTP. Methods The hospital in May 2003~2010 September 8 cases of TTP diagnosis of clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results 8 cases of TTP patients,1 case of male,7 females,including 1 case of pregnancy,7 cases of clinical symptoms relieve,peripheral red blood cells break away,hemoglobin(HG),platelets(PLT),lactate dehydrogenase enzyme(LDH),serum creatinine(Scr),reticulocyte(Ret) has returned to normal;1 patient died because of delay plasma exchange treatment time. Conclusion Early plasma exchange therapy and then combined with glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents are effective treatment for TTP.
