摘要
活化状态的核因子相关因子2(Nuclear factor-E2 related factor 2,Nrf2)通过与核内的抗氧化反应元件(antioxidant response element,ARE)相结合,启动下游一系列分子的表达,如Ⅱ相解毒酶、抗氧化酶、血红毒加氧酶(heme oxygenase,HO)、谷胱甘肽合成代谢相关酶,其中HO和谷胱甘肽合成代谢相关酶可发挥广泛的神经保护作用。文中对Nrf2的分子机制及在多种中枢神经系统疾病中的神经保护作用作一综述。
Activated nuclear factor-E2 related factor 2(Nrf2) translocates to the nucleus,where it increases the transcription rate of antioxidant response element(ARE) driven genes including phase Ⅱ detoxifcation enzymes,antioxidant enzyme,heme oxygenase(HO) and glutathione synthesis and metabolism related enzymes.Among those,HO and glutathione synthesis and metabolism related enzymes play a protective role in the central nervous system.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of Nrf2 and its neuroprection in several central nervous system diseases.
