双源双能量CT心肌灌注成像的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 双源双能量CT心肌灌注成像近年来应用广泛,在单次对比增强扫描期间即可同时提供心肌内碘分布图,以良好的CT冠状动脉血管成像(CT coronary angiography,CTCA)显示冠状动脉疾病的心肌血流动力学改变。文中综述双源双能量CT成像的基本原理及应用于心肌灌注成像的临床研究进展。 Results of preliminary clinical studies show that single contrast enhanced dual-source dual-energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging can provide myocardial perfusion iodine maps showing myocardial perfusion images caused by coronary artery disease as well as good CT coronary angiographic images.The authors reviewed the basic principles of dual-energy CT imaging and its clinical application to myocardial perfusion imaging in the recent years.
