摘要
开展境外应急医疗救援面临诸多困难和挑战,研究如何做好后勤保障是一个重要而紧迫的课题。文中结合海地医疗救援后勤保障实践,分析境外应急医疗救援后勤保障特点与要求,总结基本原则,并就立足平时增强境外应急医疗救援后勤保障能力提出对策建议。
There are still some obstacles and challenges for performing emergency medical rescues overseas.As the basement of emergency medical rescues overseas,it is very important and urgent to study the way for keeping a proper logistical support.Through the practice of medical logistics in Haiti,this work analyzed the characteristics and demands of emergency medical logistics overseas and summarized some basic principles for it.Furthermore,some advices were proposed for enhancing the ability to support the emergency medical logistics overseas at ordinary times.
