摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是内源性非编码RNA小分子,主要在转录后水平调控基因表达。近来,miRNAs在心脏疾病中的作用得到了国内外广泛的关注,一些相关机制得以阐明。研究发现miRNAs与心肌损伤相关,参与心肌重构、心律失常、心肌梗死等。循环miRNAs尤其是血清miRNAs可能成为心肌损伤新的标记物和治疗靶点。文中对miRNAs在心肌损伤中作用和机制最新研究进展进行综述。 microRNAs(miRNAs) are endogenous noncoding RNAs that post-transcriptionally regulate the gene expression.Recently,researches on the effects of miRNAs on cardiac diseases have received extensive attention and some involved mechanisms have been discovered.MiRNAs are found to be related with myocardial injury and involved in myocardial remodeling,arrhythmia,myocardial infraction and so on.Circulating miRNAs especially serum miRNAs could be valuable novel biomarkers for myocardial injury.This article updates the researches on miRNAs and myocardial injury as well as its related molecular mechanisms.
