摘要
通过分析从2000年~2009年十年间南宁市商品房价格的特点和南宁市城镇居民人均可支配收入的增长状况,同时也对南宁商品房价格与南宁市城镇居民人均可支配收入进行相关性研究,结果表明,南宁市商品房价格与城镇居民可支配收入高度相关,但2009年南宁市商品房价格涨速过快。
The paper analyzed the characteristic of Nanning real estate prices in the past decade and the growth condition per capita disposable income of residents in cities and towns of Nanning from 2000 to 2009,then analyzed the relationship between Nanning real estate prices and per capita disposable income of residents in cities and towns of Nanning.The result showed that Nanning real estate prices have high correlation with the residents’ disposable income in cities and towns of Nanning,but the price of Nanning real estate in 2009 grew fast in an excessive speed.
