定点快牵双旋正脊术联合坐旋正骨术治疗腰椎间盘突出并椎管狭窄疗效观察

Protrusion of Lumbar Vertebral Disc and Narrow Spinal Canal Treated with Massage

[目的]观察定点快牵双旋正脊术联合坐旋正骨术治疗腰椎间盘突出并椎管狭窄的疗效。[方法]将720例腰椎间盘突出并椎管狭窄患者,随机分为A、B、C 3组各240例,分别应用定点快牵双旋正脊术、坐旋加压正骨术及上述两方法有机结合治疗,并对三种疗法所需疗程、平均住院天数、临床治愈率、总有效率等相关指标进行比较。[结果]联合治疗组(C组)临床治愈率达84.1%,总有效率达97.9%,平均治疗疗程和平均住院天数与其他两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]定点快牵双旋正脊术联合坐旋正骨术治疗腰椎间盘突出并椎管狭窄无创伤、禁忌证少,疗效可靠。

[Objective]To observe the cure effect of massage manipulation on protrusion of lumbar vertebral disc and narrow spinal canal.[Method] Randomly divide 720 cases into 3 groups of A,B,C,240 cases in each group,respectively take fixed point quick -pull and bispin spinal setting operation,sit-spin pressed bone-setting and combination of above,and compare three treatments course,in-hospital days,clinical cure rate and total effective rate.[Result]The clinical cure rate of group C was 84.1%,total effective rate 97.9%,there's marked difference from other 2 groups on course and in-hospital days.[Conclusion]The combination method had no trauma,little contraindication and reliable effect on the said disease.
