中西医结合治疗眼前节石灰水烧伤26例疗效观察

Anterior Ocular Segment Limewater Burn 26 Cases Treated with Combination of TCM and WM

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗眼前节石灰水烧伤的疗效。[方法]将50例(62眼)患者随机分为对照组和治疗组两组。对照组24例(30眼),予常规西医治疗;治疗组26例(32眼),在对照组基础上加用自拟龙胆解毒汤(急性期)及滋阴消翳汤(烧伤后期)治疗。[结果]总有效率治疗组为90.63%,对照组为73.33%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗眼前节石灰水烧伤疗效较单纯西医治疗效果更好。

[Objective]To observe the cure effect of combination of TCM and WM on anterior ocular segment limewater bum.[Method]RandomLy divide 62 cases into control group(30 eyes) taking routine WM and treatment group(32 eyes) taking Longdan Jiedu Decoction and Ziyin Xiaoyi Decoction on the basis of control one.[Result]The total effective rate was 90.6%for treatment group,and 73.3%for control one.The difference between them was of marked meaning.[Conclusion]Combination of TCM and WM has better cure effect on anterior ocular segment limewater bum.
