慢性乙型肝炎4种治疗方案的成本—效果分析

Cost-effect Analysis on 4 Treatments of Chronic Hepatitis B

[目的]探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一种疾病所产生的经济效果。[方法]运用药物经济学成本—效果分析法对慢性乙型肝炎4种治疗方案,即ADFW组、LMFD组、TBFD组、ETKW组方案进行回顾性分析评价,评价比较4种方案的成本—效果关系。结果]LMFD组为最佳治疗方案。[结论]药物经济学合理分配,优化治疗方案,合理用药,使用有限的医疗经费,提高经济效益,帮助医、药师在临床决策过程中选择最佳治疗方案。

[Objective]To discuss the economic effect caused in same disease from different treatments.[Method]Make analysis to 4 treatments of chronic hepatitis B with medicinal economical cost-effect method,i.e.groups ADFW,LMFD,TBFD and TKW,make retrospective evaluation. [Result]LMFD is the best plan.[Conclusion]Reasonably distributing medicinal economics,optimizing treatment plan,reasonable medication,using limited medical expense,improving economic efficacy,help doctors and pharmacists to select best therapy in decision.
