摘要
[目的]建立痹痛灵酊质量控制的方法。[方法]采取薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别雷公藤;采用Kedde比色法测定痹痛灵酊中总二萜内酯的含量。[结果]薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,阴性无干扰。雷公藤甲素在18.12~63.42μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为99.96%,RSD为1.67%(n=6)。[结论]TLC与Kedde比色法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于痹痛灵酊的质量控制。
[Objective]To establish a quality standard for Bitongling tincture.[Methods]A colorimetric method was established for the assay of the total lactones with 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid as the coloring reagent and measuring of the absorbance at 540 nm.[Results]Triptolide showed a good linear relationship within the range of 18.12μg·mL^(-1)~63.42(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 99.96%and RSD was 1.67%(n=6).[Conclusion]This method is reliable and accurate.
