蛇六谷石油醚萃取物柱层析部位抗肿瘤活性组分再筛选 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]对中药蛇六谷石油醚萃取物采用硅胶柱层析后的所得组分进行体外抗肿瘤活性筛选。[方法]采用硅胶吸附层析分离技术,对蛇六谷石油醚萃取物的化学成分进行分离,应用MTT法检测各组分对HepG-2、SGC-7901及C6细胞增殖的影响。[结果]蛇六谷石油醚萃取物经硅胶柱层析分离后,得到7个组分;MTT法实验结果显示石A和石B组分对HepG-2、SGC-7901及C6细胞均有较明显的抑瘤作用,其中以石B组分抑瘤作用最强。[结论]蛇六谷石油醚萃取物经硅胶柱层析分离得7个组分中石B组分抑瘤作用最强。 [Objective]To screen the antitumor effective fraction of ligarine extracts seperated from Amorphophallus Konja in vitro.[Methods]The various fractions of Amorphophallus Konja ligarine extracts separated by technology of silica gel adsorption chromatography,which cell effects on multiplication of humor hepatoma HepG-2 cells,humor stomach cancer SGC-7901 cells and rat gliocytoma C6 cells determined by MTT method. [Results]Seven fractions obtained from Amorphophallus Konja ligarine extracts,and the effects on inhibiting cells multiplication of the three cells above were observed on fraction A and B group,especially on fraction B.[Conclusion]The fraction which had the strongest antitumor effect was fraction B.
