摘要
香菇是标准的双因子四极性异宗结合食用菌,交配型因子在其生活史中具有决定性的作用。对香菇交配型因子进行研究,是对香菇遗传育种、菌种改良以及品种鉴定等工作进一步深入研究的基础。本文从香菇交配型因子的数量、偏分离现象、次级重组现象、基因定位、基因克隆等方面进行了综述。
Lentinula edodes,a famous edible fungus in the world,is a typical bifactorial heterothallic homobasidiomycete,whose mating type factors play an important role in the life cycle.The studies of mating type factors is the foundations of further research on inheritance,breeding,strain improvement and variety identification.This paper focused on the amounts,distorted segregation,secondary recombination,gene mapping and gene clone of mating type factors in Lentinula edodes.
