摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,农产品检测技术越来越受到人们的重视,发展新颖的农产品快速检测技术是提高农产品市场竞争力、增加农民收入的有效措施。激光散斑技术灵敏度高,操作简单,作为一种新颖的无损快速检测技术已经受到越来越多的关注。笔者介绍了激光散斑技术的基本原理,综述了激光散斑技术在农产品检测应用的发展概况,分析了激光散斑技术在农产品检测中需要解决的问题,同时叙述了激光散斑技术在农产品检测中的发展前景。 With the improvement of living standard,people pay much more attention to the detection technology of the agricultural products.Exploring new detection methods is an effective measure to help strengthen the competitiveness of the agricultural product market and increase the farmers 'income.As a new and non-destruction technology,the laser speckle technology is extremely sensitive and easy to operate,so it plays a more and more important role in the detection of agricultural product.This article described the basic principle of the laser speckle technology,and gave a summary of its application in the agriculture products detection.Then,the existing problems of this technology had been analyzed,and the solutions had been given out.At last,the development potential of the laser speckle in the agricultural products detection had been reviewed in the end of the article.
