通过对上海青浦区医院重点学科建设工作模式和工作实效的成因进行分析,提出了整合各种有效资源、形成新的活力和合力、创新学科管理方法,加强科研动态管理、构筑学科人才高地、组建合理的学术梯队、增强学科整体优势、提升卫生事业软实力等政策建议,同时对学科发展的美好愿景进行了前瞻。

Work patterns and cause of work result of key discipline construction plan in hospitals were analyzed in Qingpu District,Shanghai.Integration of a variety of effective resources,formation of new energies and combination of efforts,creation of innovative academic management methods,strengthening research dynamic management and building academic talent highland were proposed.Some policies such as formation of reasonable academic teams,enhancing the overall strengths of disciplines and soft power of health sector were also proposed.Meanwhile,a prospective vision of discipline development was expected.
