摘要
对澳大利亚疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)预付费模式的背景、方法、流程、实施效果和存在问题进行分析,认为该模式在一定程度上能够提高医院运行效率、控制医疗费用增长,是目前世界上较好的一种医疗费用支付模式。
The background,methods and procedures of Australian Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs) were introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of DRGs were analysed in the article.Consequently,the Australian DRGs,as one of the best medical payment systems,was considered to be able to improve hospital operation efficiency and control the irrational medical expenditure increasing.
