降脂饮对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪因子的影响Ⅰ

Influence of JZY on the Adipokine in Insulin Resistance Rats(I)

目的:观察降脂饮对胰岛素抵抗(Insulin ResistanceI,R)大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和脂联素(APN)的影响,探讨降脂饮改善胰岛素抵抗及代谢综合征的作用机制。方法:以高脂饲料喂养配合单次小剂量注射链脲佐菌素的方法复制胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,造模成功后给予降脂饮进行干预,血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)采用放射性免疫分析法检测,脂联素(APN)采用酶联免疫法检测。结果:降脂饮显著降低了血清TNF-a水平,而升高了血清APN水平。结论:降脂饮可能通过影响血清TNF-α、APN水平而改善胰岛素抵抗及代谢综合征。

Objective:To observe the influence of JZY on the level of TNF-α and APN in insulin resistance(IR) rats,to discuss the mechanism of JZY in ameliorating insulin resistance and metabolism syndrome.Method:1.The IR model was set up in rats by feeding them high fat diet combined with injecting a small dose of STZ once.2.Different doses of JZY were used to treat the IR rats compared with rosiglitazone.3.Difference within each group was observed on the side of insulin sensitivity and the level of TNF-α and APN.Result:Compared with blank group,remarkably TNF-α ascended and APN fell(P<0.01)in model group;Compared with model group,TNF-αfall and APN ascended(P<0.01)in JZY group.Conclusion:JZY can ameliorate IR by regulating the level of TNF-α and APN of serum of IR rats.
