子宫内膜异位症的中医辨治思路与方法

The Differentiating Treatment of Endometriosis from TCM

子宫内膜异位症是指具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织出现在子宫腔面以外的部位而引起的病症。本病呈现动态发展过程,其发病机制迄今尚未完全阐明,且缺乏有效的根治方法,而中医药治疗具有相当的优势,在缓解疼痛、延缓子宫内膜异位症的发展方面显示出良好的应用前景。本文依据中医理论和临床辨治体会对子宫内膜异位症的治疗思路与方法进行探讨,以期对临床辨证有所裨益。

Endometriosis refers to endometrial tissues which have growth function plant outside the uterine cavity surface.The process of this disease shows dynamic development.Its pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated and lack of effective treatment.TCM treatment of endometriosis has a considerable advantage,and it demonstrats a good prospect in pain relief and delaying the development of endometriosis.This article discusses the treatment methods and ideas based on TCM theory and clinical experience and is useful for clinical differentiation.
