植物生长调节剂对毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇及白藜芦醇苷的影响

The Effect of Plant Growth Regulaters on Content of Resveratrol and Polydatin in the Root of Rumex Gmelini Turcz

目的:研究两种植物生长调节剂对一年生毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷的含量及产量的影响。方法:选用矮壮素、萘乙酸采用叶面喷洒方式分别以高中低浓度施加于一年生毛脉酸模植株,采用两因素完全随机实验设计,结果运用SPSS11.0统计软件进行分析。结果:矮壮素、萘乙酸对一年生毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇和白藜芦醇苷含量及产量均有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:本研究对提高毛脉酸模的质量与产量有重要意义,为毛脉酸模的规范化种植提供理论依据。

Objective:In order to investigate the effects of two plants growth regulaters on biomass,resveratrol and polydatin in one-year-old Rumex gmelini Turcz.Methods:Chlorocholine chloride and naphthalene acetic acid into the high,middle and low three aqueous solution of density respectively,then they were made experiments on one-year-old Rumex gmelini Turcz with roots poured and leaves sprayed with experiments by two-way of factorial design.Data were analyzed statistically on SPSS 11.0.Results:It revealed that the content and yield of resveratrol and polydatin in the Rumex gmelini T.were affected significantly under fertilizing chlorocholine chloride and ethanoic,and they also had a significant effect on biomass of Rumex gmelini Turcz(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of these studies are of great value for improving the quantity and quality of Rumex gmelini Turcz,which can provide basic theories to Rumex gmelini Turcz cultivated in compliance with good agricultural practice(GAP).
