摘要
目的:在HPLC指纹图谱和血沉沉降速率的基础上进行谱效分析,以此确定虎杖影响急性血瘀大鼠血沉沉降速率药效的"功效成分组"。方法:采用偏最小二乘回归法,对虎杖HPLC指纹图谱数据和血沉沉降速率数据之间的内在联系进行谱效分析。结果:指纹图谱上的X3、X4、X5、X17、X18这5个成分组成的"功效成分组"对虎杖影响血沉沉降速率药效的贡献较大。结论:中医用药基于正确的辨证论治,是根据中药的功效对患者进行治疗,因此,反映中药功效的"功效成分组"是评价中药质量的关键,"功效成分组"需最终得到药效验证才具有代表性。
Objective:To study the fingerprints correlated with pharmacodynamics on the basis of HPLC fingerprint and the Blood Sedimentation rate of acute blood stasis rats in order to identify the effective compounds of the blood sedimentation rate potency of acute blood stasis rats.Method:Studied the inherent connections between HPLC fingerprint and the blood sedimentation rate potency of acute blood stasis rats of polygonum cuspidatum with the method of the partial least squares regression(PLSR).Result:Effective compounds consisted of five peaks X3,X4,X5,X17,X18 of the fingerprint,which played the most important role in the blood sedimentation rate potency.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine based on correct syndrome differentiation and was according to the effect of Chinese medicine for the treatment.Therefore,the'effective compounds' which reflect the Chinese medicine efficacy was the key of quality evaluation of TCM,and the representative of the effective compositions should be verified eventually by efficacy.
