摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病的常见慢性并发症,也是糖尿病(DM)患者的主要死亡原因之一。本文介绍了中药通过影响Nephrin、神经肽Y及其Y1、Y2受体、p53、mdm2、ACE、ACE2、ICAM-1、MCP-1、TNF-α、Cxcl12、CTGF的基因表达,来预防和治疗糖尿病肾病。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN) has been a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus and it is the main cause of death of patients with DN.We introduce progress in the study of genes in the chinese myedicine for preventing and treating diabetic nephropathy about nephrin,neuropeptide Y and its receptors Y1R,Y2R,p53,mdm2,angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE),ACE2,intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),MCP-1,TNF-α,Cxcl12,connective tissue growth factor(CTGF).
