基层民警思想政治工作制约因素分析

An Analysis of the Restricting Factors for the Ideological and Political Work of the Grass Roots Police

基层民警思想政治工作是公安思想政治工作的重要组成部分。在社会转型期,由于主体、客体、载体、环境等因素影响和制约,基层民警思想政治工作的实效性未能得到显现,民警干事创业的积极性也未能得到有效激发。因此,立足社会转型的实际,对基层民警的思想状况进行考察,对民警思想政治工作制约因素进行深度分析,从而找到解决问题的办法,是非常必要的。

The grass-root level police ideological and political work is an important component of the public security ideology political work.In the social transitional period,because of the influences and restrictions of such factors as the subject,object,carrier,annulus,the effectiveness of the grass-root level police political work has not been manifested fully and the enthusiasm of the police clerk has not been effectively stimulated.Therefore,based on the reality of social reforming,it is quite necessary to inspect the police’s thought condition,to analyze the restricting factors of the police ideological and political work and thus to find the answers for the above problems.
