我国区域警务合作机制现状与思考

Reflections on the Status Quo of China's Regional Policing Cooperation Mechanism

目前我国已经形成了东北、环首都、西北、泛西南、苏浙皖沪、中部五省、泛珠三角地区等七大警务合作区域,并建立了相应的警务合作机制,我国警务工作已由过去的"划界管辖、各自为战"时代逐步进入"警务合作"时期。但是,区域警务合作尚处在探索、发展阶段,区域警务合作机制还存在一些障碍和问题。完善区域警务合作机制,使区域警务合作能够按照一定的规范顺利运行和发展,是保证区域警务顺利实施的关键。

At present,there are seven regional policing co-operation areas in China,including the Northeast,Central Capital,Northwest,Pan-Southwest,the five provinces in central China like Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and Shanghai,the Pan-Pearl River Delta Region and the policing cooperation mechanism has been established.China's police service work has entered the period of policing cooperation from the era that each rules its own area in its own way.However,due to the fact that regional policing cooperation is still in the exploration stage of development,there are still some obstacles and problems about regional policing cooperation mechanism.Therefore,to improve the regional policing cooperation mechanism and make the regional policing cooperation operate and develop smoothly in accordance with certain norms is the key to ensure the smooth implementation of regional policing cooperation.
