摘要
本文从高校德育工作的实效性入手,阐述了把集体活动引入德育工作的原理及方法,进一步分析了集体活动的实质、目的——激励大学生的主动参与,促使道德规范的内化,最后提出在活动中保持心理自由的意义,以及运用心理自由加强德育工作实效的几条途径。
This article elaborates the principle and method of introducing collective activities into the moral education work from the actual effect of moral education in universities,further analyzes the essence,purpose of the collective activities--to inspire students to actively participate,promote moral internalization of norms,finally proposes the sense of maintaining psychological freedom in activities,and several ways of using mental freedom to strengthen moral education effect.
