摘要
民商法教学是一种实践教学法。情境教学法是为实现民商法教学效果优化的一种有效途径。论文主要针对民商法教学中情境创设理念与超越的现实状况,基于民商法教学理论的基本含义,分别从教学的导言创意,教学内容的改良革新,教学方法的推陈出新,教学目标的实事求是、教学艺术的创设超越等方面对民商法教学中情境创设理念的塑造与超越进行了探讨与研究。
Civil and commercial law teaching is a practical teaching method.Situational teaching method is an effective way to achieve the optimum effect of civil law teaching.This paper mainly focuses on the realistic situation of situation creation idea and transcending in civil law teaching,based on the basic meaning of the civil law teaching theory,from the introduction creation of teaching,the innovation of teaching content,the improvement of teaching methods,the reality of teaching goal,creation transcend of teaching art to discuss the shaping and transcending of situation creation philosophy in civil and commercial law teaching.
