现如今,越来越多的"80后"教师投入到高校辅导员的队伍当中来,我们发现这支辅导员的队伍日益年轻化。那么如何发挥"80后"高校辅导员的优势和作用而实现师生之间的有效交流与沟通、促进学生健康成长、做好学校与学生之间的桥梁与纽带,已经成为目前各大高校关注的焦点,亦是高校辅导员工作的重点。本文通过分析大学生的个性特点及存在的普遍问题,解析如何做好大学生思想教育管理工作。

Nowadays,more and more teachers 'after 80'enter into the college counselor ranks,we find the counselor team is younger.So how to play the advantage and function of college counselors 'after 80'and realize the effective interaction and communication between teachers and students,promoting the healthy growth of the students,to be the bridge and the link between school and students,has become the focus of major colleges and universities,is also the key work of college counselors.This paper through the analysis of the college students' personality characteristics and the existing problems,to analyze how to do college students’ ideological education and management.
